YSL Make Me Blush Bold Blurring Blush: Review & First Impressions
I've been testing the YSL Make Me Blush Bold Blurring Blush in Shade 42, and I can confidently say it's one of the prettiest blushes I've tried recently.

The range comes in 15 shades and retails for USD $46, so it's definitely a luxury purchase, but from the moment you pick it up, it feels like one. The compact has a satisfying magnetic closure and has that premium, weighty feel you'd expect from YSL.

As for the formula, it applies beautifully. It's nicely pigmented without being difficult to work with, blends effortlessly, and doesn't leave harsh edges even if you're not particularly careful.
Shade 42 is described as a cool baby pink with a satin finish, and I'd say that's a very accurate description. It has fine, subtle shimmer that catches the light without looking glittery, making it especially beautiful worn on its own or lightly layered as a blush topper.

As someone with fair, cool-toned skin, I found this to be an incredibly wearable everyday pink. It brightens the complexion without looking too intense, and because it's quite pigmented, you only need a light hand. It also wears impressively well throughout the day without fading much.
If you're looking to treat yourself to a luxury blush and love soft, cool-toned pinks, Shade 42 is one I'd happily recommend.
Best for: Fair, cool-toned skin. Everyday wear or layered as a topper.
